🪷 Sunday Service / #SacredSundays 🪷 Starting a new weekly livestream gathering for the foreseeable future on Sundays 8am PT. We’ll gather for a concise spiritual practice (“church”) together. Short #DharmaTalk, then #mantra, #meditation & #mudra that we are going through together in our 40-day Sadhana (new section in the Haven called “40-day Sadhana”) and then end in #prayer. Occasionally, we’ll weave in song and hopefully musical guests. 🎶 Please lmk if this is helpful.
